Our Standard class is 90 minutes and we hold three separate sessions a day; 8:30am, 2pm, and 6:30pm (Saturday 9am and 5pm only).
This class is open to all levels but will focus primarily on beginner level, cardio students, retired fighters, or those who want a lower level intensity than the fighter class.
Class Outline
Warm-up – Class starts with 10 minutes of skipping followed by 10 minutes of shadow boxing. (if you are a first time beginner, a trainer will take you aside and show you how to shadow and basic technique)
Bagwork – the class then moves to the bag for several rounds to practice what they have learned at previous sessions. (If this is the first time, a trainer will instruct you as to what they would like you to work on during the round on the bag)
Group Technique – The trainer will demonstrate and teach specific techniques. The class will then have an opportunity to get into pairs and practice this new technique.
Padwork – The trainers will take students aside individually to do padwork. During padwork the trainer will work with the student to improve their technique and endurance.
Conditioning/Stretching – at the end of the class, the whole gym will come together to o group conditioning and stretching.

Our fighter class is 3 hours every weeknight from 5pm to 8pm. (Saturday 4pm-6pm).
This class is reserved for active fighters or those who wish to train at the fighter level. The class is designed to be at a higher intensity than the standard class and focuses on preparing fighters for upcoming fights.

Run – This class starts with a 4 kilometer run around the neighborhood of the gym.
Warm-up – Class will then move to 10-15 minutes of skipping followed by 10 minutes of shadow boxing.
Bagwork – the class then moves to the bag for 5 rounds of 4-5 minutes. If the head trainer will be working on something specific that evening, then he will direct what he wants the fighters to do on the bag. Otherwise the fighters/students are expected to go all 5 round of 4-5 minutes self directed.
